Quiz night and Fun Run
Quiz Night is on Saturday, 20th March - we need a minimum of 15 teams, we currently have 7. Please ask parents etc. and let me know at the meeting next week Monday 15th March or earlier if possible.
Fun Run - I will extend the deadline for entries until Monday 15th March.
So come on Managers please ask children and parents to enter and lets have a good showing for AFC Grassroots,

U16 Player selected for Suffolk
James Skipper from Sudbury U16s has been selected to play for Suffolk County U16s against Hertfordshire this coming Sunday. This is a fantastic acheivement both for James and the Grassroots section as a whole. James has already played matches for the senior reserves and is testament to the great strides being made within the Grassroots at AFC.

Waterproofs
All players are reminded that your waterproof training jacket is for use at AFC Sudbury Grassroots matches and training only. Several players have been seen wearing the jackets around town and this is not permitted under club rules.
Hair today gone tomorrow
Two of AFC Sudburys Grassroots coaches are looking to raise a £1000 for the club and they stand to loose something very close to them. Yes Tony New and Graham Wood have stuck out their chests and pledged to brave the pain by having them waxed, but only if the price is right. Is it worth it? You bet we are talking serious carpet here and its not for the faint hearted, so get your pledges in tomake the event happy and support the club to boot.
